Free Father's Day gift

According to my friend Steph, I’m really not cheap (at least not by some standards but I just refuse to go there...:P ), instead I’m supposed to say I’m FRUGAL because it sounds better. So there you go. Actually, I think I’m just cheap.

Anyhoo, my dad and step-dad are the two hardest men on this planet to shop for and someone posted this on Facebook (thanks Amanda W. I owe you girlie!) so I thought I would share. Nothing like exploiting the images of my kids for the sake of staying true to my cheap self. Don't worry it's not what you think. It's a free 8x10 collage from Walgreens. ;) You register with them, upload some pics, pic your collage, use the coupon code from the link below, and voila you have a Father's Day Gift.

Don't worry I am cheap too.. I mean 'frugal'.. :) Thanks for the tip. I try to make something for hubby each year instead of buying 'stuff'.. Stopped by from the TOS Crew. Looking forward to getting to know you this year.

Great idea. Cheap is definitely in right now in our home, too.

We did the collage for Mother's Day! My dad does not like for us to buy him things....he likes us to just come spend time with him.
I am on the TOS Blog Walk and a new crew member this year. Look forward to visiting you throughout the year.

Hi Amanda!
It’s funny you say you’re cheap, but your friend tells you to say you’re frugal. My husband and I often have the same conversation. He says he’s cheap and I always tell him, “not cheap, frugal.” His automated response is, “nope, just cheap.” LOL!! I’m happy to hear we aren’t the only people having the cheap verses frugal chat :- )

Hello, my estrogen-deprived friend! I am so happy to be on this TOS journey with you...and I so wish my boy could come over and play with yours- he in DIRE need of testosterone!

In fact, his sisters painted his toenails yesterday (ruby red) and put glitter on him today- I swear, they think he's their personal baby doll!

It may not cost money, but you put time and thought into it... so that makes it "not cheap" in my book! Thanks for sharing!

This is one of the most adorable blogs I've ever seen! I think the bright colors are great...I usually stick to more neutral colors but your blog has got me reconsidering my prefernces ;-)
I have three boys (and a little girl) and I'm cheap...call it frugal if it sounds better but I know I'm cheap...was brought up that way and I have no shame :-)

BTW, I'm a new TOSer also

@Wondermom, LOL!!! Time to watch Rocky or something, huh? ;o)

@Amanda, I have an abundance of testosterone in my house too. Just recently almost balanced the odds with another daughter, but they still outnumber us. Love the story about the towel rack. We have a couple in our family who are immediate culprits when stuff like that happens. Enjoy your boys (even if you have to wait til they're sleeping! LOL!)
