It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.........

So how was your Thanksgiving? We actually had a fairly quiet holiday at home. I made dinner (and everyone survived!!) for my family, my mom, my step-dad, my aunt, and a new friend of the family. (If you're reading this, Hi Paul!)

Then of course I had to be one of those crazy shoppers on Black Friday. I actually got out of bed after less than an hour of sleep, picked up one of my girlies, and we were one the road about 4:15 a.m. We literally shopped 'til we dropped. Lori and I didn't get home until almost 3 p.m. and I'm pretty sure at that point my feet and legs and just become numb (and so did my bank account). The good news is that except for a couple of small gifts I'm done Christmas shopping. WOOHOO! Now we just have to find time to decorate the tree, figure out how to keep a toddler out of it for the next month, and get presents wrapped without any little eyes seeing them. :)
